We would like to take time to say Thank you to all of those who are in the military or those who have served and there families.  It took over nine years but the efforts our men and women in uniform put forth paid off.

A promise made by President Bush was delivered by President Obama in an effort that all Americans can agree upon.  The bringing to justice of Osama Bin Laden for being the mastermind behind the World Trade Center Terrorist attacks of 9/11.  He could not hide and could not run forever.  For the colors and truth of those who carry our flag will never fail!  We have and will always have the strongest and most faithful military in the world!  It is with great gratitude that we thank those who are willing to hold arms to protect our way of life!  Thank you to everyone who has or is part of protecting the United States of America!

I hung a flag outside our home on September 12 and vowed to keep it flying and lit until those behind the attacks were brought to justice.  I am on my 5th flag as they have been torn by time and the weather.  Last night I finally pulled that one down and folded it.  Today we will be giving that flag to a friend who’s husband was killed in action during this war on terror to say thank you for there ultimate sacrifice.

We will be putting up a new flag today with a vision that the fighting will soon stop and our troops can come home when the rest of the mission is complete.
